This tactical awareness session involves your whole team, covering both attacking and defending!
There will come a time in a game where individual techniques will not be enough to score a goal, or prevent your opponents from scoring. That's why it is important to work as a team to improve tactical awareness to win more games!
What's in the session?
Starting with a simple warm-up drill, we get your players passing and moving quickly before moving into specialist areas. Defenders work on defending the pivot and organisation at the back, such as deciding who steps forward to defend and which player marks an opponent.
The attackers aren't forgotten about in this session as they work on drawing in defenders and moving the ball quickly to create space, before we work on breaking at speed from a goalkeeper's pass. The session ends with a fun game with a slight twist that will make it more interesting, find out more inside the session!
