Players in pairs with 1 ball between them.
They have to keep possession of the ball by passing it around and running into spaces, whilst 1 or 2 catchers are nominated to try and intercept the balls.
When a pair lose the ball, they move out of the area and those intercepting continue to do so until all balls have been intercepted OR a time limit is reached.
