Where can they go? Centres are allowed to move in all 3 thirds except in both circles.

Where can they go? They are allowed to move in the centre and attacking third including the circle.

Where can they go? The goal defence can move any where in the circle defensive and middle third.

Agility progression to circle. 5 cones, half court, 1+ players. 1. Cones are lay out in a diamond formation. Player starts at top of diamone, drives straight to top cone, back towards left cone, and straight drive to circle edge with strong bent knees.  2. Add in defence. Players run the same ilnes but a defende is added in to 'shadow'.  3. Bring in ball, remove the defender. Player still running the same lines. Player recieves a pass from the feeder at the circle edge.  4. Both players run the drill, both splitting seperate ways after first drive. Ball can be delivered at different points. 

C back to WD – Straight pass to GA – GS comes out of circle to receive pass in goal third from GA – GS passes to C at top of circle – GS receives straight pass from C in front of hoop.

End drill – Feeding into circle Set up: four corners of 2-3 players, 1 ball, goal third end of court. Aim for the two groups of players on transverse line to hit the circle edge and feed ball into the circle to a shooter with a defending player. Bottom left corner (A) player drives out along sideline. Receives a pass from the defending player in the circle. Player from top left corner (B) drives straight into the court to receive a pass from the sideline player.  Player B passes back to player A and drives towards the circle edge where player A delivers a long ball to player B as close to the circle edge they can get. Player A joins line where player A started. Player from top right corner (C) drives to circle edge to help feed pass into player D who has driven from bottom right corner into the circle as shooter.  Player B joins line player C started in. After player C delivers final pass to shooter, player C joins bottom right corner. Essentially, all players rotate anticlockwise around the 4 corners. 

4 posts, 2 lines of players (workers), 1 ball, 1/3 space. Ball to start with one of the workers who passes the ball to either the post on the left or right. Player follows the pass and always drives back to the middle. Worker number 2 drives to recieve pass from the first post in the middle and passes off to any post, and follows pass. Post passes back to the other worker who will recieve the ball in the middle. This is repeated until all posts have been passed to.

Full court, 6+ players, 1 passer, 1ball. Ball starts down one end of the court with a passer to start the drill. 3 sets of partners set up down the court. Partner set 1 drives away from passer then forwards. Passer decides who to pass the ball too. The player who does not recieve the pass is to drive out and down the court.  Other partners repeat this process.

GK backline throw in GK backline passes to – WD on circle edge pocket – GK drives up for a square pass from WD – GD receives pass from GK in centre third – C receives a straight pass – GA straight pass – WA straight pass into the goal third – GS straight pass top of circle – WA circle edge pocket – pass into GA to put up shot.

Where can they go? They are only allowed to move in the defensive third and circle

Where can they go? They are allowed to move in the attacking third and the goal circle and not any where else.

*AUDIO DESCRIPTION ON* Pass and Drive Set up: 1 ball, shooting third, 4 lines of players The ball starts with player on middle of transverse line (A). Player from the line midway down sideline (B), drives in front of A to receive a pass. Player B passes from middle of the third/top of the circle on a diagonal out to player standing at the corner of transverse and sideline intersection (C).  Player B joins line player C is from. Player C delivers ball to a player (D) who has driven from baseline corner to the edge of the circle. At the same time player D drove out, another player (E) from the same line drives into the circle.  Player D delivers ball to player E in the circle. Players D and E act as WA/C and GS/GA feeding in and out of circle. Player E may choose to put up a shot.  Player E delivers ball back to starting point A. 

Set up: 1 third space (width), 3 players, 4 cones, 1 ball. 3 cones are set up midway across the width of the court in a gentle V shape, another cone is placed in line with the middle cone about 5 m in a straight line. One player ( the feeder) stands on the lone cone with the ball. The other 2 players stand on the opposing sideline. The feeder calls ‘go’ and the two players runs traght out to the first cone and then split in a V to the cone on their side. The feeder decides who to pass to. Focus is on speed ones the two players split. 

Set up: 7+ players, one ball, full court. Players set up in loosely positioned areas.  Ball starts down one end i.e. with the shooter and players work the ball through the full court.   

Where can they go? They are allowed to move in the centre and attacking third but not in the circle.

Where can they go? The wing defence can move in the defensive and centre third but is not allowed to enter the circle.
