So when we say Advanced Rallying what do we mean?
Well, we're talking about getting your players to hit the ball deep, vary their shot selection and wait for the right moment to move forwards and attack the short ball - plus with more advanced players you can challenge them to vary their shots by changing the spin, speed, and trajectory on the ball!
To get your players working hard and playing intelligently we open with a rotation-based rallying drill, where each player must concentrate and rally for one minute before being substituted (whilst the point is still being played). We then move onto a tramline rallying accuracy drill - But can your players keep the ball between the lines to win the game?
