In this plan we work on both attacking groundstrokes and defensive shots to get you back into the point. While one player works on their power strokes the other player is digging out shots from the death - chipping to keep the point alive!
What's in the Session?
To begin with you can start your budding players with some target practice - where they're allowed to hit the ball as hard as they wish, as long as it lands inside the other side of the court!
