DESCRIPTION

  1. Grip: lightly pinch the rim of the disc between thumb, and two forefingers. The other two fingers should then pinch the underside of the rim, similar to the use of chopsticks.

  2. Face your hips towards your throwing partner

  3. Hold the disc in a horizontal plane out to the side of your body, then lightly flick the wrist forwards towards your partner and let go.

COACHING POINTS

Aim to follow through by pointing towards your partner.
