Not sure what you mean by blind turning, but if it means for instance the ball is going to fine leg and and the batsman has run towards the bowlers end and is about to turn, then you would be expecting the batsman running towards the batting end to be communicating to his team mate in a LOUD voice. eg. there`s another run here, we can get 2 more, can you make it, NO! etc.

Set up drills that simulate blind turns, explain to your players what the aim of the drill is, what you want them to do, and give them immediate feedback on what they did right or what they need to do to improve.

Emphasise to your players that they should closely watch their opponents in the field and note what they do when fielding. eg. throws really well, weak throw, slow, doesn`t back up, great fielder etc.

Knowing your opponents strengths and weaknesses will give you an advantage.
