Hi Anurag, for an in-swing bowling grip, a right-arm bowler should place the index and second fingers on either side of the seam, with the flat side of the thumb underneath the ball. It's crucial to keep the seam vertical and angled towards the leg side. When releasing the ball, the middle finger should be used to pull down on the seam to maintain its vertical position. For a right-handed batsman, ensure the shiny side of the ball is on the off side.

I hope this helps
