Hi Phil,

Great question. It's vital to carry out a thorough warm up prior to any session to get your players both mentally and physically prepared. I like to start with a short jog to get the blood flowing followed by a full body stretch. Here's a great drill to get you started! Start by standing straight. Take a step forward (lunge) with your knee over your front foot and back knee bent. Turn your torso and upper body in both directions. Step back and repeat on other leg.
