Hai. to improve his endurance,make coaching and fitness sessions enjoyable,so that, boy should enjoy,intrduce warming up games,recriational games, so that, the boys dovelops fitness. ( Use indirect means of fitness training for small kids ). For bowling give him targes to achive in happy bowling sessions.
