How can i get my ankle recovered?
I had a ankle twist a few days ago. Now, it is making me difficult to run. Please help me out with some recovery exercise.
rest is the key of recover and devolep the strength and muscle endurance in ankle. single leg suat,calf raise,single leg walk after the normal position. in the injury time do iceing 3 times a day 30 min continue and full rest 10 to 15 days.
