Hey everyone, my name is Haroon and i'm 20 y/o. i am trying to get help from anyone here who knows some drills to fix or work on my bowling, cause it has been troubling me for the last couple of months. as well as some drills to avoid shoulder injuries. thank you.
Hi Haroon,
I would say break the bowling action as much as you can. So start of bowling from a standing position trying to stop the jerking action that you're referring to. From that you can start to build it back up again.
