How to get my batsmen to get away the ball

I find that my players have difficulty "getting away the ball", so i want to improve their attacking abilities.Also  how do i improve bat speed?

make your batsmen play halfmat with tennis ball and bowl fast outswingers and yorkers ,shoot the video and let them take the call ,point out their flaws and allow them to play their natural game ..they will correct it over a period of time
