Please advice me that; how I can keep my team moral up and keep the team united always to have good sports.

To tell them that they need to enjoy the game, even if they lose, and that they need to be thankful that they are able to play, as there are people who can`t. if you enjoy playing more than trying to do well, the success will come with the enjoyment.
