Keeping head still while stepping up to spinners

I'm having trouble in stepping up to spinners and driving through the line.sometimes I play it well but sometimes it goes in the air so I would like to know some sort of drill which would help me to play along the ground .and my coach tells me my head is not still when playing the shot and I'm not transferring my weight efficiently

Try coming down the wicket and driving you still need to have a good posture.
