there are several of good drills that you can do with young children depending on their ability ... for example you can do a drill like umm if you have more then 10 kids in the court spread them around the circle and have them have the Racket on their right hand and the person next to them on their left hand this drill helps the kids with their ability to move side to side and also helps with their ability to get to the ball fast and also helps them with the ability to move before the Racket falls which can mean before the ball falls this drill keeps the kids excited and happy they love this drill ...
