Hi,

To make this drill harder, here are some tips:

Reduce Reaction Time: Shorten distances or increase throw speed.

Vary Throws: Mix high, low, bounce, and angled throws.

Footwork Challenges: Add lateral steps or multiple directional changes after catches.

Use Weaker Hand: Catch and throw with the non-dominant hand.

Agility Elements: Perform quick movements (e.g., side steps) before catching.

Rapid Throws: Increase the pace or use two balls consecutively.

Smaller/Different Balls: Use smaller or oddly-shaped balls for unpredictable bounces.

Decision-Making: Call out specific catches or use marked balls.

Increase Duration: Extend the drill or add physical tasks between catches.

These tweaks will boost difficulty and player development.

I hope this helps,

Cam
