Hi Adnan,

For off-spin bowling drills focusing on rotation, you might find the "Off Spin - Generate Turn" drill useful. This drill involves bowlers taking their run-up and bowling an off-spin ball with the aim of generating enough spin to make the ball cross over a line of cones and bounce up for the wicket-keeper. Key coaching points include keeping the bowling arm high at the point of delivery and using fingers and wrist strongly to generate spin.

Another drill is the "Off Spin Throw," which encourages players to produce as much spin as possible using a throwing action. Players use their wrist to produce revolutions and are encouraged to rip it hard with their wrists.
