i am a fast bowler is jumping while about to bowl a?

i am a fast bowler is jumping while about to bowl a ball will increse the speed ,normally i dont have a big jump before the ball is bowled please help me .

A big jump will not neccesarily increase your speed, infact it may have the opposite effect, a big jump can often throw you off balance, leading to uneven weight distribution and throwing you out of alignment

I really agree with Mr.David John (Hughes U.K.)Statement. A famous Gglain Magra. of Aus./ Wasim Akram of Pakistan were never a big jumper but they have created lots of records in cricket history. First of all you should have smooth run-up,after that your bowlling action will definetly impact on your speed
