when i go to play cricket then next day my whole body will be in the pain ?? what can i do for solve this
Do you do any kind of fitness training? Any warm ups? If your body is not used to any physical activity and one fine day you put it through a rigorous 8 hr physical torture am sure you will feel something.
Do some fitness training during the week and do warm ups. Warm ups are quintessential.
Good luck!!
It depends on your physical condition. But no matter who you are or how fit you are you need to do warms ups and cool down stretches. Dynamic stretches are best in my opinion, though any stretching is better than none before a game. I stretch before a game and during and after, but I still hurt the next day, non can escape old age.
My advice is visit youtube and check out some dynamic stretching exercises, but take it slowly and gently to start with.
