How do I persuade a player to try my tactics?
I have a left hand player who is very aggressive at the baseline, but he doesn't really want to go to the net. I think if he comes to the net he will improve a lot, so what can I do with players to get them to try new ideas?

You say he is aggressive at the baseline, so he gets half courts ball back. When he get an half court ball you have to say to him that he must hit the ball offensive and go tot the net where he can finish the ball

normal play and drills, but he will only get a point if he finishes the point in front of the service line.
