Around and on Goal!

Blue players must dribble up the pitch and around the cone before then turning sharply. Once they have turned they must then take on the defender with a feint or a dummy before finally throwing a shot at the goal.

Cross and shoot!

Players from both lines run forwards at the same time, with the ball carrier crossing over in front of the other player. When the players cross over they should switch the ball between them as at this point they are blocking the goal keeper's view. Once the other player has the ball they should shoot on goal before then collecting their ball and joining the back of the queue.

Dribble and Shoot

Players take it in turns to dribble out to their cone and then shoot at goal. They must shoot in such a way that it is possible for the keeper to block the ball.

Pass and Run Group Drill

Set up your players up in three equal lines. Only the player at the start of line 1 has a ball. Blue 1 passes to blue 2 who then passes the ball to blue 3 who finished the move with a shot on goal. Every player joins the back of the next line after passing the ball.

Player 1 runs around the cone in the centre, turning back towards the cone on the corner of the base line where they started. After running around the corner cone players then run out in front of the centre player who passes the ball into their path. Player complete the move by dribbling and driving towards goal - finishing with a throw at goal

Coach should shout "Go" every 45 seconds. On the first shout a player from both sides sets off to run up the byline, turn around the cone and run to the cone in the opposite corner. Players must then run up the byline again and around the other cone before finally cutting inside to receive the pass from the feeder in the centre and shoot!

Form a queue in the corner and move towards goal, shooting at an angle. Throw balls which can be stopped by the goalkeeper. So make your players throw precisely and with not too much force.

Set up two groups on each side of the court. Players in group 1 start with the ball on the corner. Player 1 passes the ball out to player 2 who shoots on goal. After the shot both players run to the benches where they perform a series of quick jumps before joining the back of the opposite line on the other side of the court. Drill continues from other side of court.

The first player waiting in line passes to the first player on the cone and immediately follows their pass and runs behind that player to receive the return pass. Once they have the ball in hand again they pass the ball to the next player and drive behind them to loop in front of them and receive the ball again. Once the player reaches the end of the course they dribble the ball to the corner and then sprint around the court back to the end of the line with the ball in hand.

Two hoops are attached to the top corners of both goals with ropes. A small mat is placed on the goal line. The playersgroup is divided into two teams. The objective of this game is to throw the ball onto the ground in such a way that it either bounces onto the opponent’s mat or passes through one of the hoops.The teams play according to handball rules.A point is awarded if the ball bounces onto the opponent’s mat.Two points are awarded if the ball bounces through a hoop.No one is allowed to enter the circle around the goal.To make it more challenging:<br>Only bounce passes are allowed when crossing the playing field.At least three players from the team must have touched the ball before a point can be scored.Multiple (different) balls can be used in the game.Variations:<br>Play with one goal.
