How do I delete my account?

I am looking to add an assistant coach to my team. Will they be able to assist with creating coaching plans with this access, or do they have to have their own membership? We are trying to keep all of our videos and practice plans in a centralized profile, so it would be helpful if they coudl create from my profile as a team member.

I have paid for a subscription and access to drills etc is still locked. I have emailed and still have had no response.Look forward to hearing from you. Leanne

Hi, I have previously set up account for personal reasons, but I am now coaching with South Croydon Flames who are paid members to this site now, and have said that you have been provided with my email address and it should now allow me full access to drills as a coach with South Croydon Flames. But when I log in I still have limited access to drills.Could you please help in letting me know to to gain full access.thankyouBron

I have moved club and am no longer coaching at the club with the subscription. I need to remove my account's tie to the old club's subscription, and have no further use for Sportplan so would like to delete my account.

When I go into my account it says I have no membership however you are taking £14.99 out of my account.

Hi,I've made an account or login with using mij Google account. Now I want to change that into a single account. If I change my password, it cannot login anymore. I have to do that again with my Google account, but I don;t want that.How can I change that?Thanks in Advance!Michel

hi I paid £22.50 to upgrade membership on 24/11 but this is not showing on my account

I cancelled my subscription last year and had an email confirming this however I still continue to pay. Can you please clarify why you continue to take money from my account?I was going to resubscribe but am hesitant to do so. I would like a response asap.

Hi, I would like to change my account from coach to player as I selected the wrong one. How do I do this?

I've paid for the premium content but drills are still locked. It acknowledges that I've paid and to restart app. I do but still don't have access to drills. What next? Was looking forward to using these drills but can't get this to work.Thank you for your help.Meredith
