
Player A starts with the ball and has to dribble through the cones. Player B has no ball and has to run in and out of the red cones. once player A has dribbled through the cones they have to pass the ball between the two blue cones for a point. player B has to try and block player A from passing it through the cones.
Encourages quick feet and control can add extra cones for player A or B if unmatched can also add two cones down the opposite end so that if the defender wins the ball they can get extra point if they pass it through the cones.
