2 defenders and three attackers - First defender has to run around first cone second defender second cone - â First attacker starts with the ball and runs to the cone - second attacker around the first cone - third attacker around the second cone - â focus on speed of the defence/attacking support as going to need to be quick and scan the space as they come around the corner to see where best to attack or defender - then draw the defenders in attack to create the space to either offload and run the hard line in or exploit it with footwork - if we need a consequence to make them try hard and make it competitive we can always do bib tagging as a tackle
