Players start at either end of the row of cones. They do not need to zig zag along the cones. Instead they run along the cones. Players stood on the outside are holding a rugby ball each and must try to touch the player running with their ball. Players running must do their best to try and dodge/sidestep away from the contact. Once they reach the end they must play a 'pop' pass on to the next player. Switch players on the side after a few minutes/turns. Progressions: Increase the number of players on the side. Allow more movement from the players on the side. Allow players to throw their ball to hit the runner.
