Start with 3 attackers & 4 defendrs. (2 behind goal & 2 in holding area (red cones)). Attacks start on edge of attacking zone (blue cones). A defender starts with the ball and passes it into the attacking zone. As soon as anyone of rhe attackers touch the ball, the other 2 must run forward, the attacker in possession of the ball must pass to either 2. The defenders come rushing off the line as soon as the ball reaches the attackers. Every attacker must have touched the ball before they score. If the defenders win the ball, to earn a point, the must put the ball clear the ball through ant of the defensive goals (orange cones). A defender from the holding area can come into play once every attackr has recieved the ball.
