Half Pitch. Box of 40 x 30 as shown. 3 attackers and 2 defenders in the central zone. 2 full backs and 2 wingers in the outside area (corners) 1 defender or goalkeeper. play stats at a full back who must play into the central box. The central box attacking players must pass 3 times then play outside to ANY player. Once the ball leaves the centre in cannot reenter it. Wide players must combine to score.
Quick central play followed by wide play. Play back or forward.
