
Cone kicks: Divide group in half and send to beginning of each pylon row. 1. Row one the players jump over each pylon and adn the end kick a ball into the net. 2. Row two players salmon through the pylons and at the end kick a ball into the net. Note: if miss the net, let players go get the ball. Pass Drill: Simple line up players on each side, keep close to begin and then further apart as they get better. They learn to pass the ball with side of foot and to control the pass by stepping on or stopping the ball using their feet.
