
Exercise on fast thinking/coordination and finishing on goal
devide into 2 teams. each team has 1 tennisball the first 2 players (1 of each team) take place at the at the startposition (see sketch). to start the race the coach yells out a color (green, red, blue or white). the first 2 players will run as fast as they can towards the cone that has the color that the coach just yelled out. the players will place their tennisball on top of the correct cone as fast as they can and start running towards their ball. the first player that finishes on goal is the winner of the duel.
