Examples: -Cone in the middle=hop w/both feet, cone on left=stand on your left foot, cone on right=stand on your right foot -Cone in the middle=hop w/both feet+clap, cone on left=stand on left but outside the cone, cone on right=stand on right but inside (or viceversa) -Cone in the middle=side hop, cone on right=stand on your left, cone on left=stand on your right OPTIONAL: Add ball to it and have dribble through without knocking down cones
