
Players work in pairs facing each other about 5â7 yards apart. They perform 10 repetitions per foot or technique, progressing through the following sequence: Insole passes Laces passes Thighâlaces control and return Thighâinsole control and return Chestâinsole control and return Headers After each set of 10 reps, players sprint to a cone behind them, then switch partners. The group can progress together through each pass type, or the coach can signal transitions with a whistle to control tempo and focus.
Focus on clean technique and first touch control. Stay balanced â cushion the ball rather than letting it bounce off. Communicate with your partner for timing and accuracy. Use both feet equally during passing sets. Sprint with intensity after each round â simulate game transitions.
