Players are divided into two teams, who are positioned at about 20 meters from each other. In the middle there's bal between each duo and a small stroke of 3 meters. At the signal of the coach, players on both sides try and get to the ball before the opponent. The player who gets to the ball first, has to pick it up and carry it back to his own goalline. The other player can chase him and try to tag him (once he's outside of the blue area). When the player tags the opponent carrying the ball, the opponent has to drop the ball instantly. The player who reaches his own goal line with the ball gets 1 point, the player who can tag that player before reaching the goal line, gets two. Scores of each team are added to decide which team wins. variation:Retrieve the ball from the middle with the foot and dribble it towards the own end zone. When tagged, the player with the ball has to put his foot onto the ball.
When you think you won't be first to the ball, get ready to chase and don't waste time reaching for the ball.
