Players set up 5v3+Keeper. Red cones are for starting point reference. Attackers shape is two CM, two outside AM, and ST Defenders shape is two CB and one WB with other WB missing. The coach plays the ball in to the central midfielders. The attackers needd to connect at least one pass before playing the ball to the overload side AM for a cross. Once the ball is played outside for the cross, the other attacking players should be making runs to receive the cross to finish. Repeat with WB going to the other side, which will make the overload on the other side for the attackers. Rotate players and repeat.
Attackers should connecting some passes to draw defenders away from goal so that the AM that is crossing the ball can get the ball in behind the defenders. One of the attacking CM should be holding to provide an option for a pass from the AM if the cross is not available.
