Set up field as indicated: Goals on each penalty area, and flat goal at midfield. You will need two keepers on either side of the flat goal, and the other players divided into two equal teams. Players should play 4-2-3 shape. Players may score on flat goal in middle of the field with a keeper or on the end goal without a keeper. Players will have to play around the goal in the middle of the field. No punts for keepers.
