High ball press drill. The coach, grey, will dropkick the ball in to the middle zone. The objective is for the defence to press the header and to get the ball back to the attacker in the next zone (red). The red teams objective is to get the ball back to the coach. If the blue team win the ball, either control the ball backwards to the deeper midfielders, who should then try to thread a throughball through the middle to the striker. Only one of the middle players may become the striker and enter the last zone. There should already be only one defender (red) in the last zone.
