1st full-back (FB) plays the ball to the centre forward (CF) who sets him up for a long run and cross to near post. 2nd FB does a ladder run before receiving the ball from the coach for a header, then runs over the hurdles before crossing the ball to the back post. The CF spins round markers before attempting a long-shot, then meets the cross at the near post from the 1st FB before meeting the cross from the 2nd FB at the far post.
