In this drill players are seperated into different coloured cones on the field. The ball starts with the players on the yellow cone who will pass the the player on the red cone. After doing this the player on the yellow cone will run into the box and await a cross. The player on the red cone will recieve the ball and pass towards the corner flag either right or left of the goal for the player on the blue cone to rush on to. After passing the ball the player on the red cone will run to the edge of the box on the far side of the yellow player. The player on the blue cone will run onto the ball and cross the ball into the attacking area, either to the yellow player near the penalty spot or the red player near the edge of the box. The player who recieves the ball will attempt to either head the ball in, volley the ball, or take a touch and finish. Once completed, players will rotate to a different cone in order to practise the drill from a different position on the field.Duration :15 mins
