Players will create 4 lines at midfield. The green players are attackers trying to dribble the ball down the field with speed. Red players are defenders trying to separate the attackers from the ball. On coach's command, attackers will dribble at speed, and defenders will try to catch up and separate the attacker from the ball. Attackers can try to pass the ball through the gate on the end line once they cross the 18. Defenders that successfully win the ball should push it outside and try to pass the ball through the outside gate. Players switch lines and next group begins.
