2 Teams stand opposite each other in the boxes. A player from the 1st team runs across to the other box and tags a player then runs back to his own box and the next person goes until the whole team has done it. The tagged player stays in their own box. Once both teams have completed the exercise the team who were quickest will get passed a ball and 2 players from the opposite team have to apply pressure (5v2) Count the number of passes made before possession is lost. A tackle, interception or a stray pass is made then the ball is given to the other team to repeat the exercise. The Winner is the team who make the mose successful passes.
