Cone out an area in the middle with 4 channels. The player in the middle is responsible for stopping all players running through the channels. Taking it in turns, the coach will call out a name of the player who must run straight ahead through their channel to the other side. The player in the middle must block or stop or clear the ball of the player running through. Focus on blocking technique and using the body to stop the player running past. The player with the ball must be quick with the ball at their feet. Alternate the runs from both sides so that the player in the middle always has to turn around for the next runner.
