
The idea is to be ready to recieve and for the blue player 2 to find space between the cones to turn and pass .For the red player the point is not to allow the turn and block or stop the pass .Players 1 and 3 have to be on their toes and play the ball in firmly and give a nice pass for 2 to work with .
Toes and not flat footed , crisp firm passes , player two take the ball with outstrecthed leg then guarding the ball Red player must be in the correct side to block the pass so needs to move after each pass .
