This session focuses on "line of engagement". This is the point at which the defenders have to attempt to make a challenge, regardless of the cover behind them. The boys are split in to 2 groups of 6- 3 attackers and 3 defenders on each side. This is because this session is quite physically tiring so it gives the players a chance to rest. The coach plays the ball to one of the three attackers and they must "counter-attack" against the 4 defenders who are tracking back. At the line of engagement, marked by poles, the defenders must attempt to make a challenge and the attacker must attempt to ride the challenge and score. The groups then swap out as they make their way back to the starting point.
The 2 defending teams are; - Tom, Freddie, Dara, Teddy - Ollie, James P, Oscar, Harry The 2 attacking teams are; - Carn, James S, Elliot, Connor - Evan, Kai, Lewis, Ellis
