
Player A dribbles the ball at pace towards Player B performing the step over trying to get past Player B and into the end zone. Player B tries to push aplayer A to run out the side of the cone or win the ball through jockeying and timing their tackle.
P: Run towards the player with the ball try to stay within touching distance of the player with the ball. A: Make sure the defender is keeping their body between the dribbler and the end zone. keep body slightly turned make sure they are keeping low with the knees slightly bent. keep balance through being on toes. always keep your eyes on the ball and force them towards the cones area. R: recover into your starting position for the next attacker coming.
