Drill works on quick attacking vs quick ball recovery/defending. 2 teams to the right of each mini goal. 1 player starts with the ball dribbles up to the white cone and shoots into the mini goal. At the point of the shot being taken the player on the opposite team sets off to do the same. The attacker then becomes the defender and has to sprint back to try and stop the counterattack. A point is scored for either team if they manage to stop the counterattack.
