Six vs six (with one neutral helping team in possession). Red team aims to score in larger goal against goalkeeper. Blue team aims to maintain defensive shape and counter attack, scoring in the wide, blue goals.
Blue team should remain compact in shape, ensuring communication and organisation remains constant. Once possession is gained, blue team should aim to utilise a small number of quick, short passes followed by a through pass down either wing. Red team may wish to incorporate a high press depending on where and how possession is lost. Both teams should aim to utilise the extra man, either by beginning the transition (as the neutral will always be in space immediately after possession is turned over) or by outnumbering the defence. Maintaining possession for the blue team is not necessary, once red team has regained shape, possession should be handed over to them on the halfway line.
