The teams line up as 2 back fours, and the aim is to pass through the gates to the opposite back four. The white and black teams must press their side respectively, only leaving the middle box when the ball breaks the line in to their half, and returning when it leaves. The ball must switch to the other flank before it can be passed through the gate. For every completed pass through the gate, the orange team gain a point. If the pressing teams win the ball, they can score by shooting in to the goals.
It is important that the team in possession are calm on the ball, but also keep their shape as if they are in a match. If the ball goes out of play, the coach can restart by feeding in a ball from the middle.
