
4 Cones- 15 Yards Apart, At least 2 players behind each cone. Defender presses the ball, attacker plays away from the press. After ball is played, passer moves to line opposite where they passed, defender moves to line they pressed.
Technical- Long strides to cover ground, short choppy steps when approcahing defender. Take a good angle, demonstrate what happens if player comes on too straight- Attacker Pass either direciton. Too much angle- Attacker can dribble straight past them.
