
Set up: 6v6 in the middle. 2 end zones occupied by 1 goalkeeper, 1 striker and two floaters. Objective: 3 pass combination between your team in the middle, once three passes have been accomplished, can we look to play a floater on either side of the goal. First time set up for striker to score. Can we: - Look to win the ball back as quickly as possible. - Press as a team whilst holding an effective shape to prevent the pass into floater. - Press the nearest man. - Know what to do with the ball when we regain possession. Progressions: Limit touches, limit passes, pressure on the striker, decrease number of players in the middle.
