
A simple session designed to develop the importance of recovery runs in a 2v2 situation on goal. Group 1 start as the defendersGroup 2 start as the attackersGroup 3 start in the waiting zone and await the end of the session session starts with the attackers passing the ball to one of the defenders who plays it straight back to allow them to attack the goal.
